




Victoria Falls is a resort town in western Zimbabwe, located on the southern banks of the Zambezi River close to the gigantic waterfall of the same name and is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Mosi-oa-Tunya (smoke that thunders)formally known as Victoria Falls. The water, falls from the cliff into the largest River in Africa, Zambezi River. Humans have been living in Victoria Falls for 2 million years. The town boasts a variety of wild animals thatcan be seen at the watering hall during the peak tourist season. Residing or feeding within the vicinity ofthe Falls are elephants, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, buffalos, Bushbuck, Impala and Waterbuck come to feed close to the falls, while rhinoceros live nearby, visit the falls to feed on grasses and fruits growing along the banks of the river. If you are lucky, you could spot a cheetah, close but hiding.
