A short drive into the park, this upscale lodge offers a dining hall and some very well-appointed rondavels, but at the time of research only its campground was operational. Also, the generator is broken, and the generator powers the water pump, which means you must bring your own hydration. Park staff expect that a new operator will step in to reopen the lodge in 2018.
