Maasai Mara VillageWe offer our guests an authentic look at Maasai life and culture today, much of it largely unchanged for hundreds of years. The village is limited to one group of 2-10 visitors at a time to provide you an experience tailored to your interests and to minimize the impact on the community.Prices are $70 USD per person daily, which includes a guide, all meals, nature walks and village activities. The revenue from your visit goes directly to your host village, with at least 25% directed to the Semadep Local community development programmes.A Wildlife Safari in the Maasai Mara is full of beauty and wonder, with frequent sightings of the Big 5 (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo and Rhinoceros) and hosts the Great Wildebeest Migration, voted as one of the “Seven Natural Wonders of Africa”, where more than 1 million Wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of Zebras plunge across the crocodile infested Mara river.Plus, all our safari guides are local Maasai and have grown up in local villages bordering the Mara.
