At the southern end of Jambiani, this place is a modern brick-built bungalow on the land side of the dirt road that runs through the village. Rooms are basic and on the dark side, but prices are negotiable, especially if you're in a small group (one of the larger rooms can become a dorm). There's a separate beach bar across the road, from where it's a short walk to the sea.
