Welcome to Stone Town Café and B&BStone Town Cafe & Bed & Breakfast offers the perfect base for exploring Zanzibar: whether you intend to simply relax after your safari, shop for local crafts, head for the beach or soak up the culture of this historic island.Our building is easy to locate within the UNESCO listed Stone Town and is still owned by the Swahili family of the Arab merchant who built it 111 years ago. It has been lovingly restored to maintain its original charm, and all rooms are appointed in the Zanzibar style with added modern touches to ensure your comfort.It’s not uncommon to hear our returning guests to say “Now I’m home” when they once again walk through our doors. This reflects our friendly and helpful team of local staff, our location and the exotic ambience of our rooms.
