Accommodation at this family homestead is in bungalow-style rooms or modernised Chagga huts, all surrounded by dense stands of banana plants and other vegetation. It’s a good introduction to Chagga life. The lodge is about 5km east of Marangu in Mamba (off the road leading to Kilimanjaro's Rongai-route trailhead).
