This very basic place is about 1km before the Mafia Island Marine Park entry gate, although still within the marine park area and subject to daily park fees. It has a few no-frills rooms; local-style meals (US$10 to US$15) and excursions can be arranged. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away through the mangroves. Transfers from Kilindoni cost US$15 per person.
