It takes some chutzpah to let your hotel decay over the years and still boldly raise your prices. This once-appealing hotel is overpriced, not always clean and the maintenance staff gave up long ago. Despite all of this, and only because of a distinct lack of choice elsewhere in town, it still attracts tour groups.
