The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show is a legendary dining experience that offers an unforgettable fusion of mouth-watering local cuisine! To Start The Boma restaurant menu has something for everyone. Your four-course dinner begins with a shared starter platter featuring mouth-watering specialities such as skewered peppered impala, smoked crocodile tail and corn ciabatta and “nyimo” fritters. The Main Course Make your way to the campfire for the chef’s freshly made soup of the day, before indulging in a feast featuring a braai (barbeque) buffet including our famous warthog “pumba” steak, beef, pork and marinated chicken and our spit roast of the day. You may also tempt your taste buds with one of our traditional hunter’s stews, our fish – Zambezi bream and kapenta (freshwater sardine), or peanut butter rice or spinach and sadza / isitshwala (a thick maize-meal porridge which is the staple diet of the country). Other vegetarian dishes include a vegetable stir-fry and chef’s daily pasta dish. There is also an extensive salad bar. Halaal diners are also catered for. For The Adventurous Try a local delicacy, a dried mopane worm, for which you will get a certificate as proof!
