The area was started as an arts and craftsa route – perfect for a “shop-till-you-drop” experience. Winter in the Midlands is about frosty mornings and stark beauty – snow blanketed fields and warm fires in the hearth. Lots of wine and hearty country food makes it a great place to restore the soul.
