ResRequest

ResRequest™ is a business management tool for boutique safari lodges and hotels. We are a Central Reservations and Property Management System, with integrated CRM and Financial Management functionality and excellent reporting. We started ResRequest™ to meet a need from safari lodges, coastal resorts and boutique hotels. Establishments in remote areas needed business management software that would give them the tools they needed to run their properties, make sales, manage their guests and report on their business. An application that is accessible on the cloud but not solely dependent on an internet connection. And so ResRequest™ was born. Then the need came for our clients to leverage their availability and give Agents access to their stock and rates, so we created ResConnect: a connection between our clients and their Tour Operators, Agents and OTAs. ResConnect, our interface product offers agents and tour operators access to the stock, rates and availability of Africa’s most luxurious and remote destinations. ResNova is our booking widget which enables you to embed your ResRequest availability and rates anywhere on your website. It offers two formats so you can show your information in a calendar matrix or a quick search…or both! You have the option of just showing availability, or enabling bookings, and even linking up to a payment gateway to enable payments during the booking process. All of this is seamlessly integrated into your ResRequest system.
