Always crowded with locals, Fares is a Sharm El Sheikh institution for good-value seafood. Order fish priced by weight or choose from one of the pasta or tagen (stew cooked in a deep clay pot) options on the menu. We're pretty partial to the mixed tagen of calamari and shrimp. There's another branch at Sharm Old Market.
