The Pool Room is a Mediterranean country-style restaurant with a fresh aqua setting. Relax on the terrace and enjoy country-inspired cuisine. Feast on free-range grass-fed beef, acorn-fed pork, both grilled on a custom made wood fired grill, charcuterie, naturally grown vegetables and freshly baked artisan breads from the wood-burning oven. Wagyu, the famous cattle breed from Japan (where it is better known as Kobe beef), from the farm’s own herd, will be on offer depending on availability. Wagyu is famous for its incredible marbling and flavour. Head Chef Jacques Theron, ex Henri’s Restaurant in Somerset, has recently joined the team and has both the passion and experience to build on the growing reputation of The Pool Room.
