
For a unique dinner experience, book a table at ’Augusta’s African Kitchen’ with its focus on pan-African cuisine. Augusta de Mist has fragrant herb, vegetable gardens, fruit trees and a small olive orchard. At the Kitchen they create and roast their own Masala blends including Ras-el-Hanout, Cape Masala, Kenyan Masala, Durban Masala and good old SA Curry Powder. They also make their own Harissa and even Za’atar. A small selection of Jams, Pomegranate Reductions and Spice Mixes are for sale when available.
